'BASIC' SUBSTANCES - HOW WILL IT WORK?
- A Basic substance:
- will be authorised
into Annex IB by the FULL procedure;
- once authorised, anyone may use the Basic substance with no additional requirement;
- products based on dilutions will require identification of the diluent to the authority.
