• The Technical Guidance Documents * (Technical Notes for Guidance) * (2nd drafts):
  • on the inclusion of actives in Annex I, IA & IB - Sweden;
  • on the data requirements for the biocidal product types - Finland;
  • on the Common Principles (Annex VI) - UK.

* All of these are now complete, including a Technical Note for Guidance on 'Practicalities'. *

• The Review Regulation (EC - not yet started):
  • to lay down the priorities and procedures for evaluating existing active substances during the transitional period.

* Several Review Regulations have now been published.*

* These issues have been discussed by 'expert' working groups for some time and mostly agreed and published.*
